What is Involved in Booking an Event with Us
SPECIAL NEEDS / REQUESTS:
2-CD TABLE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: bookkeeping or sales experience is very helpful
1-PERSONAL ASSISTANT For Theresa: Please provide email address and phone number as soon as your dates are confirmed so we can begin working with them in preparation for the event.
At least two men to assist in hauling equipment in and out
SET-UP & SOUND CHECK TIME REQUIRED: 3-4 hours before concert
BREAK-DOWN TIME REQUIRED: 2 hours

TRAVEL EXPENSES:
- Airfare: (where applicable)
- Meals
- Accommodations
(Theresa will need a suite due to the amount of equipment they bring)
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Love Offering for each event.
Pianist Fee of $200 per event
